What is your shipping policy?

WALLPAPER SHIPPING

Enjoy Free Ground shipping on all orders! We currently only ship within the 48 contiguous States. Please note online shop and showroom sale policies may differ.

TILE SHIPPING

Larger orders and delicate material, including most tiles, may need to be shipped via freight carriers. The freight company may contact you to set up a delivery appointment. These orders will include curbside delivery only.

Do you accept returns?

WALLPAPER RETURNS

JOJO DESIGN STUDIO DOES NOT ACCEPT WALLPAPER RETURNS, EXCHANGES OR CANCELLATIONS. Please confirm quantities with a professional wallpaper hanger before ordering. Have your installer inspect wallpaper before cutting and hanging. No damage claims will be accepted on hung wallpaper. In the rare event that you receive a damaged order we ask that you please take pictures of the damage goods and email them to jojo@jojodesignstudio.com immediately. We will reply with instructions on how to return damage product and will do our best to get you out a replacement order ASAP. If there is a problem with replacing the same pattern we will have a full refund issued. Please note online shop and showroom sale policies may differ.

TILE RETURNS
