LIGHTING RETURN POLICY
JOJO DESIGN STUDIO DOES NOT ACCEPT RETURNS, EXCHANGES OR CANCELLATIONS. PLEASE OPEN AND INSPECT YOUR SHIPMENT ASAP. No damage claims will be accepted after installation. In the rare event that you receive a damaged order we ask that you please take pictures of the damage goods and email them to jojo@jojodesignstudio.com immediately. We will reply with instructions on how to return damage tile and will do our best to get you out a replacement order ASAP. If there is a problem with replacing the same item we will have a full refund issued. Please note online shop and showroom sale policies may differ.
